Paseo on University is an excellent place to live, especially for students who want to stay close to ASU. The management team works hard to maintain a welcoming and vibrant environment for residents. A special shoutout to Salina—she made the leasing process incredibly smooth and always went above and beyond to meet even the smallest requests with genuine care. If you're considering moving here, definitely reach out to Salina—you'll be glad you did!

I have had the pleasure of living here for about 8 months. Coming from India was a little scary. I have never lived away from home before, but the staff has been so kind. I had a small issue in my apartment and the Manager Heather got it fixed immediately. I was pretty upset, she was patient with me. The people at the front desk have made me feel welcome. I love living here. The community feels like home.

Toured Paseo this week! Getting ready to start at ASU. The staff was so welcoming. Took the time to answer all my questions and even FaceTimed my roommate and my mom! Loved the whole vibe, put in an application and so excited I get to call Paseo home for 4 years! Fork’em
